The Iowa Spring Assist Dobbs Bar is a dynamic abduction brace that allows active movement and helps to maintain muscle strength in the child’s foot and ankle. Users are still able to kick and crawl while wearing the brace and maintaining abduction. The quick release mechanism allows AFO's to easily snap on and off for diapering, car seat, and highchair use.
